Monavie Pulse Information

Monavie Pulse does exactly what the name says: it takes care of your heart naturally, with carefully chose ingredients.

The Monavie Pulse juice is available in bottled version or in gel pack version, just like Monavie and Monavie Active so you can get the one that suits you best. The design of the product is the same, the color for Monavie Pulse is red-pink, so you can easily spot it among the other Monavie products.

The ingredients list for Mona Vie Pulse contains the same 19 fruits, plant sterols, omega 3 fatty acids and resveratrol.

Fruits. The 19 fruits are not the same as the ones used for MonaVie and for Monavie Active and those monavie ingredients are: the well known acai berry, aronia, strawberry, pineapple, apple, blackberry, prickly pear, pomegranate, elderberry, cupuaçu, yumberry, bilberry,  blueberry, tart cherry, camu camu, raspberry, concord grape, acerola and cranberry.

The acai berry still remains the core ingredient of Monavie Pulse, just like in Monavie and Monavie Active.

Raspberry, strawberry, concord grape, elderberry, tart cherry, yumberry, blackberry have a high antioxidant content, mostly polyphenols. All these seven fruit have a great effect over our health also improving the condition of the cardiovascular system.

The prickly pears and the pineapple have a great taste and they take out of the bitterness of some other fruits. Even if a fruit is more than recommended for our health and can ease or can cure some minor diseases, there are cases when it can not be consumed because it has such a bad taste and this is why, instead of using sugar or some other non-natural ingredients, there are used fruits that have a high level of sugar.

The yumberry and cupuaçu ( original from the Amazon Rainforest) are considered the next super fruits as they have high nutritional effects.

Plant Sterols. Sterols are fats that are found in all organisms where they have various rols. Plant sterols have the function of reducing another sterol that is present in our bodies, the cholesterol. These plant sterols can be found in various fruits and vegetables, like nuts, wheat germ, seeds etc but the amount is too little to make a difference.

We would have to consume enormous quantities of those to obtain some results which is impossible. Plant derived sterols, even if they are fats, are not bad for our system and they are considered to be a very effective weapon when battling heart disease so this justifies the decision to include them on the ingredients list for Monavie Pulse juice.

Resveratrol. Is found in many plants and also in the skin of the grapes. Resveratrol is of great help as it protects healthy blood vessels therefore aiding you to maintain a healthy heart.

Omega 3 fatty acids. Having a diet that contains omega 3 fatty acids can lower triglycerides and increases the amount of good cholesterol, HDL cholesterol. These fatty acids also act as an anticoagulant and can lower high blood pressure. Omega 3 fatty acids can be found in all fish, salmon, sardines and herring having the highest level of these acids.

Fruits and veggies also contain Omega 3 fatty acids, soy, nuts, almonds, pine nuts, walnuts and green leafy veggies being one of them. Now, when you buy various products from the market like yogurt, bread etc are enriched with omega 3 fatty acids. So, the researchers from the Monavie team decided to use Omega 3 fatty acids in the making of Monavie Pulse juice.

These are the ingredients and the reasons why there were chosen to be part of Mona Vie Pulse but there are some minor elements included in this health juice that contributes to the overall effects you get from drinking it. Below are some pointers to those and some additional effects of the three main ingredients that we’ve talked about: the 19 fruits, resveratrol and Omega 3 Fatty Acids.

- Contain antioxidants that fight against free radicals.
- Mona Vie Pulse is just like red wine (without containing no alcohol), has resveratrol that protects blood vessels.
- In only four ounces of Monavie Pulse you will get the same amount of antioxidants contained in almost 13 serving of veggies and fruits.
- Aids you to hold on to your healthy level of cholesterol- if you have one :) .
- The plant sterols have an important role in lowering your level of cholesterol.
- Researchers proved that if both plant sterols and cholesterol are present in our bodies, plant sterol competes with it and the cholesterol will most likely be eliminated.
- Plant derived sterols help your system to absorb less cholesterol.
- The acai berry is considered one of the most important super food of our century.

Monavie Pulse is a great and natural drink that helps you to have a healthy lifestyle, to take care of your heart naturally and to be active and energetic through the day.
